A gesture from the Germans. Such a surprise was waiting for the Poles at the hotel

The Polish national team is already in Hannover, Germany, where it will be stationed during Euro 2024. There was a surprise waiting for our players at the hotel, which can be seen in the latest vlog on the Łączy nas dziennik channel.

On Tuesday, June 11, the Polish national team left Warsaw, where preparations for Euro 2024 began. The White and Reds went to Germany, specifically to Hannover. This is where the White and Reds have their base for the duration of the European Championships.

The behind-the-scenes of the trip can be seen in the latest vlog on the Łączy nas ball channel. On the plane, Bartosz Bereszyński joked about Karol Świderski, who was injured in the friendly match against Turkey (2:1). The striker rolled his ankle to celebrate his goal.

– You are banned from celebrating celebrations – joked Bartosz Bereszyński.

Świderski revealed that he had talked to Bartosz Kapustka, who had been injured in similar circumstances in the past. – I understand you – the Legia Warszawa player was said to have said.

The White and Reds went to Hannover by plane. After reaching the venue, our players got acquainted with the hotel where they will spend the next time. Interestingly, the Germans gave our players a little surprise. A hand-painted poster with an eagle in a red T-shirt and the inscription “Welcome” appeared in the canteen.

A day later, the Polish national team held its first training session in Hannover. A lot of fans showed up, which made an impression on our players. There was even plenty of cheering.

– As if we were playing a match, really. Nice, nice – summed up Krzysztof Piątek.

Robert Lewandowski also attended the classes, but he could not train due to an injury. He caused quite a stir when the players of the Hannover 96 academy saw him. The children went crazy with happiness when the captain of the Polish team took a photo with them.
