Benfica’s midfielder Orkun Kokçu was not on the field against Estoril due to injury, revealed Roger Schmidt at the end of the match.
“It’s a small thing,” explained the German coach.
The midfielder, it should be remembered, was called up by Turkey for the matches against Croatia, in Osijek, and Latvia, in Konya, respectively, on October 12 and 15, in qualifying for Euro-2024.
