Each week, we dive into the best PrizePicks player props using data from PFF’s new Player Props Tool — a goldmine for betting stats, matchup info, and hit-rate trends.
With Week 5 of the 2025 NFL season here, two props jump out as great value plays for bettors.
Omarion Hampton, Los Angeles Chargers: Over 90.5 Rush + Rec Yards
Rookie RB Omarion Hampton is already showing why the Chargers trust him as a full-time workhorse. Through just four games, he’s logged 212 snaps — the fifth-most among all running backs in the league. With Najee Harris out for the season on IR, that heavy workload isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
Last week against the Giants, Hampton was on the field for 56 of 63 offensive plays. No other Chargers RB had more than five snaps. He made the most of those opportunities too — rushing 12 times for 128 yards while adding 37 more through the air on five catches. His 7.08 yards after contact per carry were insane.
Over the past two weeks, he’s caught all 11 of his targets for 96 total yards, showing his versatility and reliability as a receiver.
The Chargers host Washington this week in a game expected to be a shootout (over/under 48). With QB Jayden Daniels back for the Commanders, this one should stay close — great news for Hampton’s touches.
Washington’s defense has been much stronger vs. the run than the pass, but that actually plays in Hampton’s favor since he’s been heavily involved in the passing game. The Commanders’ secondary owns the lowest PFF coverage grade in the NFL (32.5), so look for Hampton to rack up chunk plays through the air.
✅ Pick: Hampton Over 90.5 total yards
Given his volume and usage, this over looks like one of the best PrizePicks props for Week 5.
Joey Bosa, Buffalo Bills: Over 0.25 Sacks
Joey Bosa looks fully healthy again — and that’s bad news for opposing QBs. The veteran edge rusher has been on fire to start his first year with the Bills after dealing with injuries during his final seasons in L.A.
Through the first four games, Bosa owns a 92.5 PFF pass-rush grade (third-best in the league) and has piled up 15 pressures with two sacks over the last three weeks. Even better, his workload keeps climbing — from 61 snaps in the first two games to 102 snaps in Weeks 3 and 4.
This week’s matchup? The Patriots. Sunday Night Football. And Buffalo’s favored by eight points. That means New England will likely have to air it out early, giving Bosa plenty of chances to rush the passer.
What makes this even more promising is how Buffalo lines Bosa up. They’ve been smart about targeting mismatches — for instance, he took 37 snaps against Miami’s backup right tackle Larry Borom versus just 16 on the left side. Expect a similar plan this week against Patriots right tackle Morgan Moses, who has a shaky 59.4 pass-blocking grade (41st out of 71 tackles).
Meanwhile, rookie left tackle Will Campbell has held up well in protection, so Bosa should feast on the weaker side.
✅ Pick: Bosa Over 0.25 sacks
Given his form, rising snap count, and the matchup, there’s a great shot he gets at least half a sack — and maybe more.
Wrap-Up: Week 5 PrizePicks Takeaways
If you’re looking for strong Week 5 PrizePicks props, these two are top of the list. Hampton’s workload and versatility make his yardage line too low, while Bosa’s dominance and favorable matchup give his sack prop serious value.
The PFF Player Props Tool continues to highlight trends that sharp bettors love — and both of these plays fit perfectly with what we’ve seen so far this season.
Top Picks Recap:
Omarion Hampton Over 90.5 Rush + Rec Yards
Joey Bosa Over 0.25 Sacks
Keep an eye on injury reports and weather conditions as Sunday approaches, but both props look like strong additions to your Week 5 ticket.
