Saudi Arabia will play two matches in Portimao

The Portimonense stadium will host two friendly matches of national teams. Roberto Mancini will be looking for his first win in charge of the Asian team.

Portimonense announced, this Tuesday, that the stadium will host two friendly matches of the Saudi Arabian national team. Nigeria, coached by Jose Peseiro, and Mali will be the opponents.

It should be recalled that Saudi Arabia is preparing to participate in the Asian Cup. The continental tournament will kick off next January, with the Middle Eastern kingdom facing Oman, Kyrgyzstan, and Thailand in the group stage.

With Roberto Mancini as one of the highest-paid coaches, Saudi Arabia will be hoping to make big things again. In the Italian’s first two games, they were defeated by Costa Rica and South Korea.
