10. Maxx Crosby, DE, Las Vegas Raiders

Crosby is a relentless pass rusher who left everything on the field in 2023, even battling through a Week 2 knee injury that required offseason surgery. Despite the setback, he recorded a career-best season with 14.5 sacks, 50 QB pressures, and 23 tackles for loss. The three-time Pro Bowler hasn’t missed a game in his five-season career, embodying the “Raider Way.” With improved defensive support in 2024, Crosby’s dominance could reach even greater heights.

9. Travis Kelce, TE, Kansas City Chiefs

Kelce remained the league’s most consistent and dominant tight end, finishing 2023 with 93 receptions, 984 yards, and five touchdowns. During the Chiefs’ Super Bowl run, he added 355 yards and three TDs in the postseason, inching closer to Jerry Rice’s all-time playoff receiving records. At 34, Kelce’s Hall of Fame career now blends NFL greatness with pop culture stardom, earning him the top tight end spot for the fourth straight year.

8. T.J. Watt, OLB, Pittsburgh Steelers

Watt roared back from injury in 2023 to lead the NFL with 19 sacks, his third sack title in four seasons. Adding 36 QB hits, four forced fumbles, and a defensive touchdown, Watt continues to be the heartbeat of Pittsburgh’s defense. Already the Steelers’ all-time sack leader, Watt is on pace to become the second-fastest player in NFL history to reach 100 career sacks.

7. Trent Williams, OT, San Francisco 49ers

At 36 years old, Williams remains the NFL’s top offensive lineman. In 2023, he earned his 11th Pro Bowl and third All-Pro nod, excelling in Kyle Shanahan’s intricate offense. Williams allowed zero sacks while posting the second-highest run-blocking grade (92.5, per PFF) and leading the way for the league’s rushing champion. He remains a cornerstone for San Francisco’s potent attack.

6. Chris Jones, DE, Kansas City Chiefs

Jones anchored Kansas City’s young defense in 2023, finishing with 10.5 sacks, 39 QB pressures, and 13 tackles for loss en route to another Super Bowl title. Known for his versatility, Jones disrupts offenses from multiple positions along the line. With five straight Pro Bowls and two All-Pro honors, Jones earns his highest-ever ranking in the Top 100.

5. Myles Garrett, DE, Cleveland Browns

Garrett’s dominance earned him the title of Defensive Player of the Year. His 14 sacks, 30 QB hits, and four forced fumbles made him an unstoppable force despite a late-season shoulder injury. His impact went beyond the stats, as he commanded attention that elevated Cleveland’s defense to the league’s best. Garrett’s recognition as the Top 100’s highest-ranked defender is well deserved.

4. Patrick Mahomes, QB, Kansas City Chiefs

Even in a challenging 2023 season, Mahomes showcased brilliance. Despite a career-high 14 interceptions, he led the Chiefs to another Super Bowl, earning his third Super Bowl MVP. With 4,183 passing yards and 27 TDs, Mahomes remains the standard for quarterback greatness. At just 28, he’s already rewriting NFL history, solidifying his place among the all-time greats.

3. Christian McCaffrey, RB, San Francisco 49ers

McCaffrey delivered his best season yet in 2023, leading the NFL in rushing yards (1,459), scrimmage yards (2,023), and touchdowns (21). His breakaway speed and versatility made him unstoppable in the 49ers’ offense. McCaffrey’s dominance earned him Offensive Player of the Year and the Madden NFL 25 cover, a testament to his incredible impact.

2. Lamar Jackson, QB, Baltimore Ravens

Jackson reached new heights in 2023, recording career highs in completions (307), passing yards (3,678), and completion percentage (67.2%). His dual-threat ability remained unmatched, as he led all QBs with 821 rushing yards and powered the Ravens to an NFL-best 13 wins. The season earned Jackson his second MVP award, cementing his spot among the league’s elite.

1. Tyreek Hill, WR, Miami Dolphins

Hill made history as the first wide receiver to claim the No. 1 spot in the Top 100. With 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns, he came close to Calvin Johnson’s single-season record despite a late-season injury. Known for his unmatched speed, Hill dominated in quick-pass situations, redefining what’s possible for wide receivers in today’s NFL. The four-time All-Pro continues to set the bar for offensive excellence.
