Handball: FC Porto loses at home to Barca for the Champions League
FC Porto lost this afternoon against Barcelona, 38-30, in a game to count for the third round of the B of the Champions League of handball.
Playing at home, the Dragons entered the match better and built a two-goal lead in the first few minutes with a 4-2 lead.
However, Barca, with Luis Frade on the pitch, made it 7-7 and from there took off on the scoreboard, not allowing FC Porto any reaction.
Luís Frade, with six goals, was even the top scorer of the match.
With this result, Barcelona remains at the top of the group, with the same six points as the GOC. FC Porto lost for the first time in this edition, and is in fourth, with four points, the result of the two victories to open, against RK Celje and Wisla Plock.
