Feirense travelled to Torres Vedras and won 3-2 , in a game that had a bit of everything and was only decided in the final moments of the second half.
Looking to end a run of five games without a win, the visiting team didn’t start well and in the 23rd minute saw their opponents take the lead thanks to a goal by Manuel Pozo. However, the response came just before halftime, with Mohamed in the process, putting the ball into his own net and leveling the score for the second half.
Well, Feirense returned from the locker room in better form and regained the lead in the 52nd minute through Edgar Ié. Even better things happened in the following minutes, when Pozo received a straight red card, leaving Torreense to play with ten men.
Nevertheless, the home team found the net in the 70th minute, with Drammeh scoring to make it 2-2 and creating considerable uncertainty for the remainder of the match. Therefore, it was right at the final whistle that the decisive moment arrived, with a sensational response from Emanuel Moreira to a cross from the left, which ended up in the back of the net.
This victory for Feirense leaves the team in tenth place in the Second League (17 points) and worsens the crisis of results for Torreense, who have suffered four consecutive defeats in the competition, maintaining, for now, seventh place with 20 points.
